Our Vision 2021
Since 2021, Cush Consulting Group has been aligning itself with collaborating institutions in anticipation for long term projects over the next several decades. Our 2021 vision involved expanding the firm's presence into the EMEA region. In 2019 Cush Consulting Group received a few educational sector projects in the Middle East and Abuja in 2021. Although project plans were initially placed on hold in 2020, the momentum and vision didn't cease. In 2021 we continued to obtain projects in the educational and non profit sector. We hired subcontractors, increased contribution to specialized partner channels and participated in more events. Even with contract set backs, vision 2021 was successfully accomplished.
Our Vision 2031
On June 1, 2031 Cush Consulting Group will be 20 years old. After 20 years in business we have a vision to not only manage multiple institutional accounts in the United States, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, but to also implement social investment projects in target locations. The company will also focus on developing strategic relationships and projects that showcase comprehensive data on the communities that we impact.
Technological advances have made computing and data easier to obtain, however, proprietary information and privacy policies can limit information accessibility. These policies can impact how data is obtained in measuring business progress.
Our growth has been measured through project quality and stability. When client acquisition numbers are low within a given fiscal year, our growth is measured by the quality of work performed, and the company's ability to maintain stability during fiscal year challenges.
The 20 year milestone accomplices a vision to incorporate both quantity and quality business intelligence models, even for our smaller involvements. The measurement for successful impact will be backed by data stories. Projects supporting our vision 2031 will be restructured to fully disclose the numbers of what the stories behind the data truly represents. With our long term plan of transitioning into a social investment consulting and implementation firm, by 2031 strong verifiable numbers that tell strong verifiable stories are imperative for that vision to fully materialize.
Through observing business trends and performances, many enterprises, including social conscious companies transform or sell their businesses according to market demands, or investor relations. While this may be commendable, lucrative and even profitable, the Cush Consulting Group's position of business relevance and profit is beyond market trends, dividends and financial gains. Financial gains are necessary for trade, compensation and project implementation, however, we remain committed to our core purpose of community development and social impact investment initiatives that are under an educational, philanthropic and cultural framework.
Due to the company's 2031 vision and purpose, intersecting the pathways between our methodologies, financial strength and capital gains between 2021 and 2031 is crucial.
What we do, how we work and the institutions we align with will set the stage for fulfilling vision 2031. In a nutshell, our 2031 vision is essentially about positioning Cush Consulting Group into greater project implementation and development channels.
Not only do we envision co-managing the projects of major state and federal community development projects, we envision the formulation of our own in-house funded programs.
With our global vision in full force since 2021, we have an initiative to support and implement a minimum of 31 select projects in the United States, 31 select projects throughout Europe and 31 select projects throughout the Middle East, Asia and Africa.
Our Vision 2041
After 30 years of business, stability in target expansion and project cities, coupled with the success of vision 2031, Cush Consulting Group's vision 2041 is the fulfillment of an established global social impact investment firm.
Vision 2041 involves the formation of a separate legal financial disbursement entity, and legally structuring the firm as an international social impact investment fund.
Vision 2041 also includes the development of satellite offices and learning centers that provide resources and information on community development business models.
The success of vision 2031 lays the groundwork for the success of vision 2041, our succession mandate and even a greater vision beyond that.
